Story Length Question

I wanted to know what you guys thought would be a better read or what your preference is. Okay so...

Which do you prefer?
- One long story.
- The same story posted in parts 1 to possibly 5.
Or:
- Something that follows the usual FLIRT>SUCK>FUCK>COLLAPSE INTO HEAVY BREATHING HEAP.

Again which do you prefer?
- Something with a few characters acting as normal people would in a sexual situation.
Or:
- A story in which any 2(or more) characters that come into contact end up in some brand of sexual situation.

Or feel free to inform me of an erotic story "stereotype" that I missed.

Every story needs a beginning, a middle, and an end. Some stories can be told in a page or two, others need much more space. A good writer knows which is which.

The better a story is, the longer it can be or the more parts it can have.

An engaging five page story is way better than a POS ten part mini-series...

As far as I can tell, the general feeling on this site is that any given story, or chapter thereof, should include a complete sexual encounter--as in, "Oh, yay, we're doing stuff; okay, now we're done." Depending on where the two people are, agewise, in terms of each other, etc, that may be as little as "OMG I get to touch her breasts" or as much as a three-hour fuckfest. But chopping a single encounter up into several parts is kind of silly.

I don't like long stories. I have a short attention span and not a whole lotta time. If I read a story I read it hoping it turns me on enough to get off. I don't need a movie length book. I can't even get through a whole porn movie. Yes, set up the characters and the story but I get bored if it goes past two pages.

My idea is that short stories are better, so if its long I break it into peices. I do agree that chapters should be broken between events, you shouldn't be reading and get half way through a session of sex and have to find the next chapter (although having a bit of a cliffhanger is ok). Just feels like how it should go to me, but others may feel different.

When I come to a site like this to read stories, it's generally because I want to read about sex of some kind. Sometimes, I get partway into a story and think "When does the sex start" and I get bored.
