Like many an amateur author, I am toying with the idea of writing some erotic fiction for Amazon. I enjoy writing and these stories would mostly be for fun, but it would be nice if I made some profit too. In my research, I found that most profitable writers seem to agree that writing prolifically, and about a huge variety of topics is the only way to make money. Is this true? Do I have to write about a ton of topics I'm not interested in?

I would enjoy writing about the below topics. Not sure which ones would be profitable?

-Training my wife to be a pee slut from her shy beginning to total enjoyment.
-Various Hucow stories with my big breasted wife. Lactation/Growing big boobs in general.
-DDLG (18+) journey with a husband and wife. By journey, I mean regressing my wife to a younger mindset, not an incest thing within the family.

First thing I notice is that nearly all of these stories would appeal to a hetero male audience.

Also, I'm not sure if Amazon allows pee or stuff like that. It's worth double checking though.

I do think going for a more narrow niche is better than going for a wide one. I learned that one from experience.

These are all hetero, but that’s been my experience and interest, so I thought I could bring a lot of authenticity to the stories.

This feels like the kind of stuff you really wouldn't want next to your real life name, especially if you're selling it. And I have a hard time seeing how it could possibly be a particularly efficient income. Seems like an utterly awful idea no matter how you spin it and I can not fathom why you would want to do anything like this.

Write what you know.

Go for free stories here first before self publishing. Self publishing is like running a second job.
