Story Idea

So I have a story idea that I was wondering if a good author with more time for writing might have time to write a good story about. A story about a guy and his best friends younger sister, they have always had sexual tension between them, but her brother/his friend make it to where they always shy away from their lust. They are close friends to, almost like brother and sister themselves, and then one day, they can't hold in their true feelings anymore.

Also some more details might entice people , where does this take place? does the friend know about it? what do the characters looks like? etc.. etc..
