During an angry protest, a young man decides to protest by donning a trench coat and flashing the nearby cops. Three of the cops chase him into an abandoned building, where the officers decide to teach the boy a lesson. In the end, it is revealed that the lead officer is the young man’s secret lover, and the flashing was part of a fantasy the cop had.
