Story Idea Request - Encounters with daughter in dreams become reality.

Hi all, I'm here looking for some help on the third chapter in my "Dreaming of Mia" series. If you haven't read it - In summary a father has a car accident and afterwards miraculously finds his dreams coming true. The progression is quite sudden (My writing has been long winded of late and I wanted to write something that got to the point rather quickly) and he winds up first having sex with his 18-year-old daughter in the kitchen at breakfast, feeling compelled to do so perhaps by the power of the dreams. The following day (Chapter 2), a night of far-fetched dreams brings about sex with Mia in front a very surreal version of her "Sex-Ed" class at school as a sort of demonstration. All of it contains the explicit implication of pregnancy, though I haven't confirmed it outright as of yet in the story. As usual with my writing, the encounters are very loving.

Anyway, I'm a bit stuck on what should come next in the story. Hopefully you can see that the story is very open ended; I wanted to be able to write some very far-fetched storylines and explore exciting taboos that would be difficult to write otherwise. I wonder if you have any suggestions for where it could go next? I'm very open to suggestions - just want to find that next, exciting plot!

Links to the 'Dreaming' stories might help. Is Mia the 18.YO daughter? Not having read the chapters, I'll suggest that his activated dreams could wander in many directions: various MM+FF+ combos, S&M, multi-ethnic, aliens, VERY mature (doing grandparents), whatever you want to explore. I just hope he doesn't dream of tentacles.

Do his dream manifestations come at a price? I distrust magic and miracles that cost the practitioner / beneficiary nothing. What are the consequences? Can / does he learn to practice lucid dreaming, to focus his dreams into desired channels -- and maybe have them derail in surprising ways? Are the dreams his own, organic, or is he driven by outside powers? (Maybe his brain surgeon was up to some MC deviltry.) Do his dreams and their harvests happen in current time+place, or is he drawn into the past or future? Does he dream of doing the Bronte (or Gabor or Kardashian) sisters, and if so, where and when? What are his limits?

I'm personally no more skeptical of magic that costs the user little to nothing than I am the fact that my computer has never made me promise my first born. That being said it dreams don't have to be mundane unless there is something anchoring them to reality in some way.

Me personally I'd go with something that simply doesn't work in real life. Sex while flying cus you know people don't fly. Or something else supernatural like that or perhaps non human. On the mild end of that you have things like elves and various green skinned space babes. On the other end you have angels, demons, sphinxes. Giants and or fairies.

I haven't defined just yet what the "cost" is, but it's a very good question. Perhaps in a few chapters the father might have a "nightmare," which could involve some ramifications for having the incestuous relationship with his daughter. Maybe he and his daughter Mia need to go on the run when they are found out or perhaps Dad is even arrested and only gets out of it by dreaming he is free. That might be the point that he realizes he must seek help in controlling his dreams that are spiraling out of control.

Before that though, I believe chapter 3 and perhaps more might escalate beyond the encounter in front of his daughter's class. I am not opposed to things getting very far-fetched or even supernatural as Sean Renaud suggested, but I would like to see a natural progression of things. If things were to stay relatively intimate between father and daughter, what could be a next exciting step for them?
