Every month, there is a holiday called Flasher Friday when guys from a fraternity guise up in trench coats, shoes, and masks so they can flash coeds. Once it comes around, a mischievous young man decides to add to the tradition with a group of his own called “The Punishers”, dedicated to capturing these flashers for some fun including handcuffs, and viagras.
