Story Idea based off real-life fantasy

I (in real life) work in a men's prison. I used to be a corrections officer and have been promoted to a shift supervisor. So I spend a lot of my shift in "the bubble" which is that enclosure with windows that you always see in prison shows. I generally only go out of there when there's an issue or to do a "walk through" once the inmates are locked down for the night. Anyway, I work with these 3 really sexy, big male corrections officers. I'm basically afraid to make any type of move cause I don't want to be accused of sexually harassing a subordinate... would like to read a story or series of stories where they (at separate times) initiate things. Maybe also a chapter when they find out that I've slept with the others (they all like to act macho & crap, so I feel like they'd be territorial or something and not like that). Also one of the three is an asshole, so I think he'd be very dominant or rough

I like to write stories.

I was suggesting that it might be an interesting exercise to have three writers write (independently of one another) three different stories within the same universe/with the same protagonist.

If your interested in writing, I have a fantasy that I was trying to wrote a story about.

I came across a prison personals web page a while ago...and found a few profiles of women who've been sent to prison for a long time including life WO parole.

I wondered how such a snail mail relationship might work...I'm not sure if the woman would know me well or if at all. She may even be related to me.

The letters would start out as friendship / comforting but gradually get more intimate as her loneliness builds.

Perhaps she is incarcerated for murder but acted in self defense and is trying to launch an appeal...IDK.

My problem is writing the woman's letters - the more I think about it, the more I think I need a collaboration.
