A sister pays for a session with a professional (I believe dom). Turns out to be her sister, or at least her sister enters the picture as a dom very soon after. The dom isn't even particularly into lesbian sex, but ruthlessly exerts financial domination over her sister, who by the end of the story is pretty much set for a life of living frugally to afford to pay to server her sister.
