I vote for option #4 as well. There are actually many humiliation stories here and elsewhere where the wife is punishing her husband or revealing some type of improbable sexual identity and she has to turn him gay, make him a slave, or some other bizarre idea.

I think a swinging scenario in which the woman are passing around their husbands - sort of sampling the talent - is most believable, most erotic, and likely to appeal to the broadest range of readers.
