I would try the editing forum. But 800 pages is, uh, kinda huge. You might have to end up splitting it into more manageable chunks to get someone to look at it.

Yes, go to the editting page but my suggestion is to the best of your ability to break it down into chunks of no more than twenty pages (probably best at half that) and give it to a bunch of people. You might get lucky and find a couple of people who really like it and will edit multiple chunks once you have them hooked.

I would definitely get an outline going though. Just having an outline might show you why part of it feels messy and rushed.

Hi, I'm not sure where to post this as it is actually a completed 800 page story that i am hoping can be modified by a talented writer.

The story is about a lesbian woman working in an all female office, but after receiving none stop discrimination from the other workers she goes on a mission to blackmail and 'convert' all her co-workers and beyond.

The story does involve a few chapters with taboo incest moments and all characters are female adults that range from approx 26 years up to early 50's.

The story was originally created for me upon a custom request, but all rights have been handed over to me as I look to find an ideal second part of the story.

I would be happy to send a copy of the story and detailed info about each character to anybody that wishes to take a look and would be equally happy for multiple writers to give it a go. I would also be happy to send a copy to anybody that is interested in just reading it and giving their feedback.
