Hi all,
I'm working on a surgery where I woman is turned into a mermaid and given extremely large breasts through surgery.
I want it to be as realistic as it can be in the story. Any ideas for the steps and process for how she is made into a mermaid?
I was thinking stem cells for the boob job?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
