I read a great story about a man whose mother never told him that a bicycle accident when young left him sterile. His son was thought to need a kidney transplant so the was tested and found out he was not the father but his mother and wife had used a relative that had similar features to be the father. Hope this sounds familiar, great story and if I remember, this was the writers first story and was hinted for a follow on but I can't find it. Help.
