Okay, so i've been working on a story and am ready to start posting parts of it.

Do we post them in the Story Feedback forum?

Or, like, what's the difference between the Story Feedback forum and the Story Discussion circle?

Have you already edited? If not, head to the Editor's Forum and get a sharp editor. If you want very specific/constructive feedback, I'd suggest asking for a beta reader or two in the Editor's Forum.

Once you've been through the editing process, if you're just looking for someone(s) to read what you have so far, you can ask for people who are interested in giving feedback on all or part of your story in the Story Feedback Forum.

As for the SD Circle, IIRC, that's a guided discussion of specific work that's already been posted on the main site and comes up in the SDC queue. You can get a better idea if it's a good fit for you by reading the sticky and several of the posts. If you still have questions after that, you could PM a SDC regular or the moderator for that forum for additional guidance.

Once it's been edited and beta-read, you can submit your story on the main site.
