Story called The Trust ?

Basically son inherits tons of money from his father,has relationship with his nanny,then goes away to college. While there he can't find the right place to live to he
rehabs this huge mansion into apartments for fellow college students.At this point the
author pulled the story and just disappeared without a word.Was wondering if anyone knew what happened and if the writer will be back posting this story any time soon.
