Story already written?

I have a memory of a story I read... years ago now probably.

It had to do with a man whose genitals were removed (magically) and kept in a box by a psychotic woman. The same is done to another man at some point in the story... I have the feeling there's a magic store involved with it too.

I'm pretty certain it was written, over several chapters. But I can't remember what it's called, how it would have been tagged... or even what category it might be under now.

Anyone else remember this story? Anyone know what it was titled?

I'm curious to read it again.
