Chances are, it's been done before. However, you may have a small detail, a certain insight, that another author may not have thought of! No matter your topic, idea, etc, I'd say WRITE IT UP!
In the past, I've used the search feature to scan titles to see if they've been used before no matter my story topic. Also, I'll cross reference which categories used said title. Like, if I wanted the title "It was all My Fault" and I find out it's been used ten whole times I'll double check to see where such a story was placed. If I want Fetish and no one else ever chose it my title will be "original" in that category.
Really, that's about the best you can do. After all, "Kissing Cousins" may be a popular title in Incest but if you change it to "My Kissing Cousin" or even "The Kissing Cousins" you may find there's no other exact title in that category. Or if the FAMILY aspect isn't really the main focus to your story maybe it'll go over well in Lesbian, Fetish, BDSM, and so on...
