It's about a man in a world where the birth rate of boys is becoming increasingly rare. Society is run by the female majority who have put in place a system to ration men among neighborhoods. Women can use men sexually at anytime. We follow the main character as he tries to buck the system he feels is abusing his freedom and dignity. He moves to an apartment complex which was assign to him by the government to balance the ratio of women to men. He begins to change his female neighbors minds about the way they treat men in this society. Along the way we see corruption among the police, his workplace and the wealthy.
