story about collapsed office building

i have spent way too much time searching on my own so now i'm turning to the kind people of these forums for help. a while back i read a story about a man and his secretary who both get trapped in an office building when it collapses; they are stuck lying pressed against each other and, obviously, sexual interactions ensue. does anybody know the story i'm talking about, and if so, do you remember what it was called or possibly who wrote it? the secretary's name was karen. any info that will help me locate the story would be much appreciated. gracias.
