I am looking for this story. The man was impotent and unable to have sex with anyone but wanted kids so he adopted the twins one of the twins names may have been Samir. The nanny was from africa and had to leave because she was raped and a christian so she had to give up the kids for adoption.
I used to be able to find it but not lately. It may have had a tag similar to "I can't, I Don't" meaning the male can't and the female don't.
