I've been thinking about surrogate motherhood as a possible storyline that would allow exploration of unusual relationships that become incestuous or nearly incestuous.
Perhaps it could start with a college-age young woman who needs to take a year off from school to find some direction in life. At the same time, a childless older couple in her life are struggling without success to have a baby. The couple might be good friends of her parents, or her mom's sister and her husband, or her mom and stepdad.
With her parent's encouragement, she agrees to move in with the older couple for a year and have a baby for the older couple. They would decide after some rationalization that it would really be better to conceive the child naturally through intercourse rather than artificial insemination.
Things would progress from there as the older woman participates in the process, perhaps joining in the foreplay and guiding her husbands penis into the young woman's pussy.
As the story progresses, more sexual barriers are explored and broken. There are lots of possibilities as the pregnancy progresses and the relationship develops into a threesome. There could be lots of tender feelings about the unselfish act of having a child for another couple, as well as explainations of feelings of insecurity or jealousy that might crop up.
