Hello everyone. I'm Monique, a longtime 'chatroom' user, and I've decided to make the natural progression into the forums. I have a question regarding where to post an invitation to pen a collaborative story by Email, as opposed to stories that get posted in the Lit archives. I may eventually put my stories up for public consumption/scrutiny, but for now, finding a friend with similar interests to trade back and forth with would be fun.

If someone could point this newbie in the right direction, I'll be forever indebted.

I'd look at the Sexual Role Play and the Author's Hangout boards. Those areas might be a boon for you.

Oh and maybe the Chyoo area too. I know nothing about that but you might want to check there too.

You might also just post a hello (like the one you did here) on one of the boards that pertain to the type of story that you hope to write (e.g. BDSM). If you have a particular interest, this will bring you into contact with those with a similar interest. Good Luck

I am surprised at you two, not pointing her to the most obvious place.

No matter what your special kink, posting a little blurb in the story ideas section probably will net you a partner.

Alternately, post one in the General Board and well, gear yourself to alot of perverts sending you PM's before someone interested in what you want to do says anything.

Might we ask what type (genre) of story are you interested in writing?

She followed my advice and posted her request to the story idea section, she wanted another woman to play her mommy in a sort of sex competition. Rather interesting idea, I beleive corsetlvr is working with her on it. I do hope it gets posted to lit at some point.
