Lingering but shifting location slowly. Moving from my right hip, manifesting in a taught left pec. The middle of the night, bitterness in my mouth like too much coffee. A simple itch becomes annoying beyond reason.

The sensation of gnawing from the inside out. Working through the flesh of my torso as if emotions were termites with a sinister grin. Swallowing hard.

Dodging and darting, fleeing to the shadows...a vibe in my head refuses to clarify itself. Its coloring my thoughts.

This feeling, this state of mind, this desire to run a Spyderco up my arm to peel away a layer and confirm some implied relaity; I hate it. I'd allow it to motivate if it would, but its lazily nourishing itself and of no use.

The gravity of its motivation seems obvious but escapes me.

How do you deal with this?
What do you do to dispel that knot?
 
exercize until exhausted, long hot shower and sleep like the dead.

knock off the caffine/etc for a while. talk a walk by yourself to think and breathe.

call a friend. go out and do something to keep your mind occupied.

a long hot bath with camommille and lavender essences, then a couple of chapters in a good book followed by a mug of hot chocolate and having your back rubbed by your loved-one. If that's not available.... www.literotica.com and cum good :D
 
Exercise, do not watch any news shows, take a melatonin to sleep sound. Unwind your life as much as possible. If you have any negative thoughts, write them down on paper with possible solutions to eliminate them.
Watch some cartoons! Peace! :D
 
Put on some tunes and hop in the car. Drive, fast and furious to the beach. Walk along the shore, or run till you have it under control.

Of course there's always housework too. ;)
 
Try making bread and kneading it or pick up a paint brush and let your mind go. If all else fails put on Daft Punk and do shots.:D
