Now that's an older post..

Suffice to say, I've had a great deal of experience with both phone and cyber sex. Cyber can definitely be better than phone, given you can have voice with a microphone, and visual with the cam. It's still not nearly as good as the real thing, but it's a fair substitute when you're in a bind.
