She dismissed the charges against the father (felony child abuse), then ordered him to take anger management classes and alcohol treatment.

Dads lawyer then said, THE STATE NEEDS TO FILE CHARGES FIRST.

And the lady judge looks at me, and looks at Dads lawyer, and says to me, MISTER JOHNSON FILE NEW CHARGES.

And I said, FOR WHAT? YOU JUST THREW OUT THE CASE. HE AINT DONE NUTHIN ELSE.
