This story idea I figured would be more focused on "who is this strange woman we have to live with?" Rather than "we can't do this, I'm your stepmom!"

Dad got divorced...or rather, kicked to the curb by his wife years ago and got left with the kids. He tried to move on but his ex shows up ever so often to emasculate him and his own kids start disrespecting him. Worried that nothing will change in his life, he decides to attend an out of country business trip to try and pitch their products to a new client.

While there, he meets the client's daughter, a statuesque woman who even barefoot stands a full head taller than him. She takes a liking to him and he to her...so she then demands her father take the deal on the condition that the dad marry her on the spot. Pressured by his company and the possibility of having met a woman who genuinely likes him, he agrees.

His new wife, while somewhat demanding, is actually a very loving woman and eagerly flies back with him so she can meet his kids. Kids meanwhile decide to berate their dad over his sudden decision...only to be silenced after their new stepmom lays down the law. Turns out she sees no reason to not be treated like a queen, even in her husband's country and that she's very protective of her husband.

Not sure what the end goal would be or if it would dip into full-blooded incest at any point, just a few scenes though:

Daughter brings boyfriend back with her after curfew and starts having drunken sex with him in the kitchen. Stepmom stops them, makes boyfriend measure his own dick and then leave the house naked. She then drags her stepdaughter into a room and holds her down while pulling out a box which contains a collection of strap ons. She then selects one that is one inch wider and one inch longer than her boyfriends, intent on fucking her lust out.

Son makes a nasty comment about an ex-girlfriend. Stepmom invites ex over to punish him.

Ex-wife comes back and tries to humiliate dad after insulting stepmom to her face...it ends up being a poor decision as stepmom decides to give her a physical demonstration of the new hierarchy.

Why are the over-18 kids forced to live at home with dad and obey a curfew? Are they twins in the last few months of high school, lazy slackers with no ambitions? Who watches the home when dad is out of the country? Will new stepmom kick the kids out right after graduation, or will they flee, and to where?

Well, I figured the older one would be living there either to allegedly save money (while blowing it on drugs, etc) while the younger one would be in high school and either a late starter (turns 18 summer before senior year or even 19). Dad could have a curfew set up, either as a "if you live in my house you have to obey my rules" or it could be a new rule stepmom sets up.

I figured they stay with their mom, so dad gets a face-full of "mom is so much better than you" when he comes to pick them up.

Alternatively, the stepmom could come before the kids are 18, she just lays the law down in nonsexual ways until they become 18.

If we go with grown kids, they could run and dad just lets them go so he can be alone with his wife and his disrespectful, mooching kids won't bother him again. If they are twins, they could call their mom and beg her to come get them. Mom's ticked: she doesn't want to raise them or spend more than a week with them, so she thinks she can just bully dad into being a doormat again. Then she gets over their to find her son being used as a foot rest while her daughter is being spanked by her stepmom who then makes her wear a chastity belt.
