His stunt at the RNC made him look like a fool who is desperate for attention.

LMAO!

You're a funny guy. Don't be a stranger.

I think his great paying job is to get attention. He's a comedian. He said Donald Trump shouldn't be up here either. That's funny. Now that comedian Rudy "Mussalami" Giulliani is not funny. Can you see the difference? Maybe let your headache subside and try again. Even David Brooks said that his people were humorless. Then again, Cheney shot his friend in the face in a fucking hunting pen. There David Brooks is wrong. That's funny. Okay, Cheney plagiarized a Three Stooges skit, but it's still funny.

From a guy whose standard of good comedy is probably current -day Dennis Miller and Victoria Jackson. :D

He was much funnier as the Comedy Central Steven Colbert than the chat host Colbert. That Cobert was comedy genius. He can be funny on his current show.

The stunt he pulled at the RNC? I don't know. It was juvenile. When I was in college my friend grabbed the grocery store loudspeaker and started making announcements. They kicked him out, I wasn't surprised.

I wouldn't call this a stunt either. It was something he did for his show that happened with permission and well before the convention started.

I am confused. He was given permission to do that? Just asking.

He got into Quicken Loans Arena, walked towards the stage, got up on the stage, got to the podium, and was able to deliver his quip all while being followed by a camera crew recording everything and you think he didn't have permission?

Of course it was juvenile. It's his audience's demographic. They get their news from Comedy Central and Bill Maher.

Colbert will eventually become the answer to a trivia question.

They immediately kicked him out. That suggests he did not have permission. Do you know something else?

I thought the portion with the lady from Telemundo was really, really shitty. She was fair game to him for simply being a Latina. She said he was about to go live and he showed zero respect for her simply doing her job. Fuck him. You have to be white and seriously out of touch to be ok to find that funny.

You're a racist POS, and your black privilege includes no authority to infer anything about being any other "race" except your own, which, even then, you only have authority to speak of individually, not collectively...

Plus, your curds aren't getting any smaller...

I know this is a completely novel concept but....if you don't like something/someone on television you can always turn it off or change the channel. For example, I loathe televised sports (mostly football). I feel there are so many other things to do than waste my Sunday watching a bunch of overpaid men fight over a ball. But I get not everyone feels the same - and I am okay with it.

Amazing how that works.

You type as though I would give weight to your words, thus validating your never-ending quest for attention.
