What are you trying to accomplish with these?

Character lists, especially two dimensional ones do not make a story. They might give you a reference so you don't change a hair color in midstream but that's about all. IMHO too many details can keep a reader from putting themselves in the place of the character or making the character someone they can go with.

Okay Dirty, now I've read the physical traits. Let me see the personality traits about them. Who are they as people? What turns them on?off? What kind of people are they? Sexually active or staid?

You might want to take a look at the SRP. Many RPers start with the laundry list description and then grow their characters as they interact in the role play. It's only then that the "roles" actually acquire character. You might try the process to develop yours: start with your list and then have them do something; maybe you'll find some depth for them that way.
