Stepdad pays stepdaughter to sleep with his son

First, since it is a bad habit of mine, I swear this will be the last thread I create until I post a story to the site (might comment on some threads but no new story idea threads from me till I post a story).

Now for the idea: Stepdaughter gets a call from her stepdad asking her to meet up with him. They get to talking and stepdad makes her an offer: $10k (or a sizable but not ludicrous amount of money) to sleep with her stepbrother (multiple times over the course of a set number of days or maybe a one time affair) and “make a man out of him.”

I figure the idea has a number of variables to tweak to determine the skeeviness as well a lot of character dynamics to play with.

For example: Does stepdad have ulterior motives? Maybe he wants to watch and jerk off to it, maybe stepson works at the same firm as him and dad wants some blackmail material, maybe he’s homophobic and is worried son is gay, or maybe there’s a more benevolent if misguided motive: maybe son has been diagnosed with a serious disease and worries he’ll die a virgin.

At the same time, what sort of relationship does stepdaughter have with her stepdad and brother? Is she estranged and had hoped stepdad’s call was a chance to patch things up, maybe she actually had what she thought was a very healthy relationship with both of them so the offer is even more shocking. Or maybe she already had a sexual relationship with her stepdad or brother (in this even she definitely has to be older) which is why stepdad thinks she’d go for it.

Then of course, is mom still in the picture and is she aware of the deal? Could be a story where daughter has to screw stepbrother while keeping it a secret, could be one where she’s estranged from even her mom and her mom thinks she owes it to the family to sleep with her stepbrother based on some wrong, either real or imagined, or maybe mom spoils her stepson and maybe even thought up the idea.

And finally of course there’s the stepbro: does he want this? Is he being pressured into it, or has he secretly been carrying a torch for his step-sis? Is he aware of the deal or is he kept in the dark?

I just think there would be a lot of pieces to play with. I think step family is better for the idea than bio as it adds a touch of separation and dynamics can change based on how long the two families were together

I think you post interesting ideas, don't sweat it. But I'm not a fan of this one.
An unlikable character in erotica gets a near-immediate alt-left arrow from me and I'll bet I'm not alone in this. The dad, in this case, is that unlikable character. In most of the scenarios, he's monstrous. The idea that he'd ask a family member to do this, is monstrous.
The one saving grace here is the son with a serious disease idea. But without the incest. A dad who wanted to make sure his son had the night of his life before departing this earthly plane would take that $10k and find the hottest escort/call girl he could find. A woman with a figurative PhD in all things sexual. A goddess in a designer dress. Describe an incredible night out. A gourmet dinner, maybe dancing, seductive kisses in public, and then back to a five-star room for the night of his life. That's the way I'd like to go out. Make it hot and steamy, something anyone would enjoy reading.

I realize that incest is popular here, and I have read some and have written some, but it's not my go-to scenario. I wouldn't add it just to get the story into a more popular category.

Thank you. Honestly I recognize that this is an idea that even a more tame variant of the incestous variety (with the tamest version I could envision being one where stebsiblings had previously been in a relationship but when it was found out, parents freaked and stepsis became estranged: so the offer and money are a roundabout apology) would start heavily from the sleazy side of things and that can be pretty off putting.

However I would still like some conflict with the idea, so I think a secondary idea might work. Cause yeah, the easiest solution would be dad gets kid a trip to Reno and pays for an escort to spend a week with him living out his every fantasy. A comedic idea I thought mt of in the past is that a bigoted family is worried their son is gay and makes sure he has lots of sex via escorts…only thing is he’s bi.

But I think a similar idea to mine that would allow for conflict but not start from such a sleazy/abusive place is for dad to instead make the proposition to son’s crush. Maybe son had a high school crush that never went anywhere, maybe there’s an Onlyfans or instagram model he follows, heck maybe he had a teacher he crushed on, either way, dad offers them the cash to not just let his son lose his virginity but also experience it with someone he already wants. There’s still conflict in the premise (maybe they’re in relationships already, teacher and high school crush might especially feel guilty about accepting money to fuck a boy they know and pretend to be interested in him (especially if dad tells them the transaction needs to be kept a secret), Onlyfans or Instagram model has a hardline about fucking fans and worries what would happen if it got out what they did)…but all of them would be in positions where the money would really help (again though, not insane amounts of cash but enough that they can’t immediately say “no”)…but this way dad isn’t in a position of power over any of the women he’s propositioning: if they say no, there’s no direct cost to them aside from not getting the money that they already didn’t have

I think incest can be really powerful in a story if done correctly. The problem is, I think a lot of times people just toss in an incestuous relationship into a story because it's so easy to make the characters a mom, sister, daughter or son with relative ease, and temper it somewhat with the word step between anyone of those. They basically are trying to include what can be very powerful... incestuous taboo... into an otherwise lackluster story and hope by including something that could be powerful (incest) a crappy story becomes interesting.

The lackluster part in this story I think, is the money being the motivator. Money is a motivator for a lot of things in life granted, but its also overdone.

I think this story idea has a lot of merit, but I would write it very bold. Not so much with stepbrother and stepsister, but brother and sister, and a father that instigates it all. But I would not use money, but stronger motivators like hatred, revenge or jealousy. Really pull out the dark side of the dad in getting a brother and sister together.

I would write it as if the father was acting as his son's intermediary with the daughter, who was at least a few years older & moving out of the house when the parents married.

I like the idea of this story beginning with a bribe, and then turning into love, starting with the stepdaughter realizing that her step-bro is PACKING. And second that he's actually a really good lover.
