I forget/misplaced the story - it is literoica. It is a series.
About how a younger (possibly asian?) woman is having an affair with a married man - she is his assistant or works in the same office. Fucks or blows him while he talks to his wife on the phone. She tends to dirty talk him, convince him to leave his old "useless" wife. She worms her way into their bed collectively before outright kicking the wife out.
From what I remember, this isn't just some kink for her(though there is that), it's how she was raised - apparently a long line of female family member tradition to entrap a "good married man", to become the new woman.
From what I remember, the author had other stories in a similar vein - think they described it in their bio as "Jezebel" themed stories.

Found it. I recalled another story the author wrote which featured a "Latina" and an "Australian" man, in similar vein(and much more unique search terms, easier to find). Author is Netoru, and original series I was asking about was "The Asian Intern & the Married Man "
