Starting to get... A Complex...

I'm not sure what the deal is... Maybe the WONDERFUL people of LITEROTICA can Help me!

I'm a black guy. (if you couldn't tell from all of the profile pics that I've put up)
I'm a light skinned, 6'1" tall, thick black guy, and for some reason I can't land a decent woman!

I think I'm decent looking, but I don't know anymore! I'm starting to get a complex from ALL women! I can't seem to bring one back into the bed... or even into a relationship!

I DO prefer women who aren't of my skin color, but that really doesn't mean anything, I've dated all kinds, but lately, I can't seem to find even one who IS my skin color!

I'm picky about people I may want to have a REAL relationship with, but who isn't? I'm NOT so picky about my sex partners, but even those are few and far between! I haven't had sex in 4 months!! WHO DOES THAT? I wish I could say I was TRYING to get in my own way, but I can't even say that! I'm HONESTLY Trying, I just don't know what I'm doing wrong!

I'm shy... B U T not so shy that I don't talk to people... Once you get to know me, I have a very magnetic personality. I am the life of the party - especially when I'm drunk - I get LOUD and REALLY COMICAL!

WHAT'S WORSE is I've even put pics and things on certain sites, (i won't solicit their names) to look for sex and dating and even still, I don't seem to be getting anywhere!

Anyone have ANY advice on how to Jump Start the dating scene? I'm out of Ideas and DESPERATION has already set in!

Someone should solicit some advice - A brotha is GOING OUT OF HIS GOURD!

Is that you likely come across as desperate. Women can smell that a mile away. Desperate isn't sexy. I always tell people that it's when you stop looking that you'll find someone. Yes sex is important, but just because you haven't found her yet doesn't mean she isn't right under your nose.

Just go have fun. Hang out with the guys. Pick up a new hobby (a great way to meet people). Or find something else to meet people... And not just women. Guys have sisters and friends. Just go be friendly. Maybe not drunk... But just out there.

Do something you enjoy doing. Confidence is a get thing. Good luck.

Here's the thing... I don't act desperate out in public. I do have fun and go out. I'm not always drunk, it just seems like that's the time that I really start looking and my tongue falls out of my head and I get really big cartoon eyes.

I also do agree that I may need a new hobby! it would be nice to meet new people... I'll take your words to heart!
