JUNE 27TH, 2008
XAVIER MANSION
ENTRY #2611

I havent written in this journal since my time in Africa, and as i think of the new chapter of my life, which will begin today, I decided to take up my old way of keeping this journal.

Since my Last entry, I have decided to begin a school to train mutants on how to use their powers, and after my experiences with the Shadow King and my brother, also, if they are willing, to train them to form a type of mutant peacekeeping force, to keep those who would use their powers for evil, from doing such.

The first new additions are in the form of Remy Lebeau and Henry McCoy, who will be joining as faculty members. Henry, whom has being mentioned previously in this journal has just finished at university and welcomed the chance to join me.

Remy on the other hand, is a mutant i met in louisianna, who has the powers to kinetically charge and explode objects. A former thief, i'm sure his experience will come in useful.

Also since my last entry, i suppose that i should mention the main change that happened to me. My last run in with cain has left me paralysed from the waist down. I now am a prisoner in this annoying wheelchair.

I suppose that itself is a funny story, as it is where i met Alex Summers, a young mutant, who lost his family years ago. It also just as happens that he is going to be one of my students at the school, and i feel his powers of refracted solar blasts from his hands, will be one power which will need a large amot of training.

Other students include Ororo Monroe, also previously mentioned during my exploits in africa, Kurt Wagner, a marvelous young boy, with a strange appearance as well as the powers of teleportation.

Also joining me will be Emma Frost, a marvelous young girl, with powers that i actually don't quite understand.

I'm also under the impression that logan will be sending me new students while on his trip, as will Moira, who, as luck would have it, is apparently pregnant. As i understand it, the child is due to be born on the 26th of November.

Anyway, i must leave now, as i believe the first students are begginning to arrive.

CHARLES XAVIER.

This was a chance to clean up. A chance to redeem myself from my past wrongdoings. It seems as though the White Queen will never reign again and finally little Emma Frost can begin her life.

I brought my uneasy hand to my bangs brushing the blond strands back in its disarrayed tousle as I looked at the large university that would now be my home. I stood there for moments wondering what I would say once I entered; What I would do?

My footsteps were slow, but confident as I approached the doors. I curled my fingers up into my fist as I knocked away at the door. The pounding sound seem to match the crazed beating of my heart and I couldn't know what to expect.

What other mutants would be here? Who would recognize me? Or perhaps who would befriend someone such as myself? I stood there in silence waiting for an answer. Waiting for someone to open that door and welcome me in. I waited to walk into a place that would begin my new life. A place I knew was safe.

I straightened out my clothing. The jeans that were torn here and there and faded by use were clinging tightly to my legs. Accenting my slim waist and bust was a tight fitting tank that was accented by a loose belt around my waist. I had several articles of jewelry on and a pair of old converse I used to wear a lot. It was nothing too fancy today. Most of my clothing consisted of skimpy wear that I wore only to the hellfire club. Now I was simply trying to make a good impression. None more, None Less.

My blues eyes were steady on the magnificent doors before me and blinked several times as they opened....

"Vell at least less people are around here" I said under my breath as I turned around in a corner.

Wearing a monk's robe ever since I left my house in Germany had been hard. Also the amount of people staring had increased heavily as well, I suppose a monk moving around the streets isn't something common in America. However I wouldn't risk to find out if my natural blue look was somehow trendy around here.

Looking up to the school, glad of finally arriving I see a blonde girl awaiting at the door.

Now I have some options to consider: I could go up to her and say "Hello I'm Kurt Vagner, nice to meet you, hope you like the colour blue. Hey, look how interesting my eyes match your hair." nee.. that didn't work last time... I can... teleport into the building, and freak out whoever might be inside with my appearance and apparition, interesting that's for sure... then I could simply wait until they open the door for her before aproaching.

Considering I'm in a foreign land, and that I'm not quite sure what would create a mob with torches and pitchforks, I decide on the last option, and await patiently...

for about 10 seconds "Open that door already!"

Tired of waiting, I start aproaching the school.

Emma Frost "White Queen"

My patience began to run thin and I wasn't really intent on staring and smiling at a door for three minutes. So instead I took my time to look around. Of course this was a pretty good idea if I wasn't so afraid that someone was going to open the door and I was still talking to myself about the place.

After a long and frivolous debate with myself I decide to take a good look at my new home and as soon as I turned around I spotted what seemed or at least looked like another student. The guy or girl was wearing a monk's gown which was quite odd, but I wouldn't remark on it. I marveled for a moment wondering why they would be wearing a monks uniform. It then occured that this kid might have a more noticeable mutation.

I held up my hand to wave and gave a warm friendly smile.

"Umm..." I said ducking my head trying to get a better look at them. "Hello are you another student?"

I moved my few bags to the side and decided to walk towards them.

"I don't want to startle you or anything, but I could use a friend." I extended my hand once I got close enough. "I'm Emma."

For a moment I waited, but decided if they were hiding under that thing that they wouldn't shake my hand.

"You know if you're made of rock or have some ridiculous costume on I won't poke fun or anything." I smiled again. "I mean come on one of my abilities causes my skin to turn to diamond. I don't get freaked out much by anything. Unless you're like a big creepy spider then I'd be freaked."

A mellifluous mellody escaped my lips in the form of laughter. Again I smiled trying to make the other student more comfortable and possibly make a new friend.

Kurt Wagner/ Nightcrawler

As I walk up to the door... and yes the girl, I hear:

"Umm..." "Hello are you another student?"

I moved my head a bit in response, trying to hide better from her attempt to get a good look at me

"yes, I am Kurt Vagner." I said, not sure if I should add something. I stay in place. Before I can think up something else she is aproaching me.

"I don't want to startle you or anything, but I could use a friend." "I'm Emma"

I held back the impulse to take her hand as she offered it to me. Then as I was wondering if I would come up as rude and thought about reaching out, to my relief she took it back.

"You know if you're made of rock or have some ridiculous costume on I won't poke fun or anything." "I mean come on one of my abilities causes my skin to turn to diamond. I don't get freaked out much by anything. Unless you're like a big creepy spider then I'd be freaked."

Slightly more at ease by her kindness I stand up straighter and allow her to see my face under my hood.

"Don't worry. No spider here, two eyes, five extremities, your standard friendly blue outcast" I pound on my head with my cloth covered hand "and yes, I'm still softer zan a rock" then I pause curious as to how she would react to my demonic look

Emma Frost "White Queen"

I flinched slightly as he moved to get out of my sight range and I frowned. I hate the effect of social life against mutants. It made them think of their appearance and such. Though the frown quickly disappears as he responds.

German I thought to myself.

My daze broke as he stood up as if finally penetrated by my kindness. My eyes gazed at his blue skin, the beautiful yellow eyes and the pointed ears. Through all that I still saw a face, a face of what would seem like a normal human to me. Though I already knew someone would slap me across the face and tell me that I was blind.

I let out a soft giggle. "Well at least you have a sense of humor, it's really nice to meet you Kurt."

Slowly, in case I offended him in some way, I brought my hands to his hood and removed it. I took a good look at him content with what I saw.

"You know you shouldn't be ashamed. I think you look perfectly fine. In fact your cute!" I said sincerely.

"You wouldn't happen to have a tail would you?" I joked though, he probably would have taken it serious and showed me one.

I took his hand and like a child draggin their mother, I pulled Kurt towards the door to await entrance.

Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler

"You know you shouldn't be ashamed. I think you look perfectly fine. In fact your cute!"

"Not ashamed exactly... just vishing to evade the mob of villagers. I'm sure you've seen Frankestein..."

Then her compliment hits me and I stop my rambling. I blush slightly "You are cute too" I say

"You wouldn't happen to have a tail would you?"

"Actually, zat it vat I vas referring to ven I said 5 extremities, ze blue skin and yellow eyes veren't enough, I vent all out on design and got ze full pack, including indigo hair, pointy ears and of course ze prehensile tail"

Then once again I'm struck as she holds my hand warmly... and doesn't react at it's unusual shape

Emma Frost "White Queen"

I looked at him with a contemplative look. That was true most people didn't exactly take kindly to mutants. I couldn't help, but rub my fingers over his hand. It wasn't something I was used to, but then again it wasn't something that I would be weirded out by.

"That's true. I just think that people aren't used to seeing people like us in the world. They're only used to us in movies." I sighed with a slight bitterness tainting my carefree heart.

"Thanks." I said giving him a playful push.

My eyes widen at the sound of it all, but I couldn't help, but grin.

"Don't see that everyday now do you?" I laughed. "I still think your cute and it's six by the way. Indigo hair, yellow eyes, blue skin, prehensile tail, pointy ears and three fingers and if your feet are the same way we'll count that as seven. It's cool if you ask me."

I stop in front of the door releasing his hand in case I was freaking him out. I put my hands in my pockets.

"So besides your kick ass appearance, why else are you here?" I asked. "See I have telepathic abilites and I can turn into diamond.

I didn't want to demonstrate considering most of the time it hurt people or sedated them when they got knocked out.

"If I touched you right there." I gestured to his brow. "It'll probably hurt a lot. Or I can do this weird thing where I can just cause you mental pain or knock you unconcious and then I can keep you unconcious. Or I can do this..."

*Strange don't you agree* I said projecting my thoughts into his mind. *I tend to read people's thoughts a lot so you might want to be careful*

I gave him a bright smile though quite upset that the door hadn't opened yet.

Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler

As foreign as the sensation was for me, I found me missing it the moment she withdrew her hand.

"If I touched you right there. It'll probably hurt a lot. Or I can do this weird thing where I can just cause you mental pain or knock you unconcious and then I can keep you unconcious. Or I can do this..."

then as I'm thinking *never thought your touch would hurt*

She stops talking and I hear her in my mind

*Strange don't you agree. *I tend to read people's thoughts a lot so you might want to be careful*

I bite my tongue remembering my train of thought. “Do you read all ze time?...” slightly nervous I pause briefly and then go on “Vell, I don’t label things as strange quickly… for obvious reasons. I don’t think I need to be careful about me thoughts; since I vill make sure to stay on your good side Emma… by the vay did I think zat or said it?”

“As for my abilities…” I take a furtive glance around and seeing nobody is around, and smile without even thinking about it, I reach for Emma’s arm and teleport us right inside the school.

BAMPF!

Then as we land I add “Hope you didn’t mind ze demonstration, got tired of vaiting outside the door, I’m not known for my patience”

'Stupid, Mean, ignorant Scottish Bitch! There i was all comfortable being in LA but no....SHE had to come by and talk to my parents who, by their own right, are freaked the hell out at my...abilities. So SHE has to go and get me enrolled at some school on the clear other end of the mother friggin' country! New York?! It gets cold and snowy and windy....-' Jubilation's inner ranting and raving continued and repeated itself the entire plane ride, through the terminal, driving in the taxi, up to the secluded mansion where the taxi dumped her, and all the way up the main path to the front door.

To say the least the smaller chinesse american girl wasn't thrilled with the idea of leaving the west coast. But once she, Moria MacTaggert, entered the picture and tried to place Jubilation Lee into a better situation everything went all crazy. Sure, things at school in Los Angeles wern't picutre perfect but she got along well enough. the popular 'normal' kids teased her but it wasn't to the extent that jubilation had been hearing about in the news.

Jubilation huffed and she brushed a irritating black strand of hair away from her eyes only having it fall into place again. With a graon of frusteration, Jubilation picked up her duffel bag and stormed closer to the front door where it seemed other 'students' had arrived and awaited entrance into the building. Jubilation walked closer and saw a blonde girl talking with...a blue furred monk? 'Huh? Whats his ability?'

Hank and Remy laughed togethor as they made their way to the main doors.

'Well, mon amis, are you ready to face this dire dangerous and scarey task?' Laughed Remmy, as he patted his blue friend on the back.

'Remy, the only thing i'm worried about is what they'll think of an old blue furred guy walking around in swim shorts.' Smiled Hank.

'You mean old blue furred fat guy right?' Laughed Remy before ducking a purposefully slow punch.

Suddenly a loud bang occured behind them just as they opened the door and they turned around, finding themselves face to face with a blue demonic like demon and a young blonde girl.

The teacher's reactions were ones you would expect from them...

Hank; 'Ahh, you chose the colour blue as well, nice choice.'

Remy; What? Monsiuer Xavier never said we'd be teaching beautiful young women such as yourself.'

Then they stopped, and Remy bowed as Hank turned around and saw another student outside the door.

'Come in Come in,' Laughed Hank joyfully, 'It looks like it may rain soon, Anyway, I am Proffessor Hank McCoy, though my friends call me Beast.'

'Casual passersby call him that as well' intruded Remy.

'And this rogue here is Remy LeBeau,' Chuckled Hank.

'Though you can call me Gambit,' Nodded Remy, 'Proffessor Xavier will be down in a minute, but for now let us welcome you to Xavier's College for the uniquely talented.'

Ororo Munroe / Storm

The lush green lawns were flawlessly clipped, as were the bountiful privacy hedges. Ivy-twined trellises shaded genteel redwood park benches. The profusion of petunias, pansies, daisies and daffodils in full bloom undulated in the gentle wind, testifying to the exemplary gardening skills of the groundskeepers.

Ororo was quite impressed to say the least and had spent the better half of her arrival gazing in owe. There was something…and she believed it had to do with the power at her disposal that linked her to nature.

Intricate veins of life glittered with dew all over it's surface, spider webbing and flying off in every direction, but all joint to the same line through the center, the lifeline that started the process of sharing nutrients. The entire school was fascinating. And she’d only seen the outside!

The periwinkle blue of Ororo’s eyes traced all over every one of these lines, watching nature's perfection in it's last act lay on the wall of vines before her. Her elegantly sculpted head lowered. Had she lost track of time already? Glancing at the silver watch draped over her wrist, she let out a sigh of relief.

She wasn’t late but it seemed now was the perfect time to enter. It would give her enough time to familiarize herself with the school’s interior. Decreasing her changes of getting lost was her main priority. Moving swiftly between the gaps of students, a small crowd forming toward the open main doors caught her eye. Blue. Blonde and…rustic. What she saw of was definitely enough to pique her interest.

Upon her arrival Ororo Munroe felt she showcased an untouchable, out of place demeanor. Whenever someone passed by and said hello or started a small conversation. She’d rush through it or completely ignore it. She wasn’t used to socializing. Her former lifestyle didn’t allow her to become accustom to a bustling city and the people that lived in it. She wasn’t always certain how to act and react.

Yes she was among her own kind. But she still felt misplaced somehow. She was without bottled brunette hair swept up in a complicated hairdo like the other half of the attendees. No, hers was a striking ivory thick, with long waves that fell in disarray past her shoulders.

Unconsciously she smoothed out the wrinkles of her white sundress, it was held together with a thick black belt accompanies by golden bracelets on both her wrists. They dangled as she walked, closing the distance between the unusual crowd of four and herself.

Wanting to cast aside her aloof behavior Ororo waited to catch ones eye and smiled politely. Stopping just outside the main entrance. “Have classes started?”

Beast turned to find another young girl stood in the doorway.

How many mutants did Charles invite?

He smiled, 'Welcome, and no, Classes...if you want to call them that...won't be starting for a few days at least, we want you all to settle down a bit first.'

Storm

Ororo returned the warm smile extending her arm out. “Thank you. My name is Ororo Munroe. And you are?” The professor had only outlined a few minor details. She knew about the school the university staff was an undiscovered portion of the package.

She was quite intrigued by the large furry blue man and the other rather demonic mutant. The blonde girl was absolutely gorgeous. Flawless down to the very last detail…she even had beautiful eyelashes. Some women were simply blessed. The other man had a potent untamed aura to him. Ororo’s gaze honed in on him instinctively. Was he also a teacher? The two didn’t exactly fit the teacher stereotype. Why was she expecting anything else? After all this was anything other than a normal school.

Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler

I look around as more people appear. And begin to move in my place slightly, not able to be still for long. Quite surprised that nobody is staring, pointing or screaming… I take a look at each one of the people in the room and decide to finally speak up.

“Not zat I would like to point it out in case you hadn’t noticed... but... none of you has issues vith ze vay I look? I mean I can understand it from you” points to Beast “but the rest of you… it’s not that I mind but I find it very confusing”

Beast smiled at the Young girl, so this was Ororo Monroe, someone the Professor had mentioned breifly.

'I,' He began, taking a deep bow, 'Am Doctor Hank McCoy, at your service madame.'

He turned as he heard the young blue boy speak, 'Ahh, my friend, it is like the brilliant Howard Moon once said, "It's what's inside that counts, my friend,"

*****************

Gambit couldn't help but laugh, 'If i'm not mistaken, he followed that with..."It's not the pie, it's the filling", and anyway Hank, when did you start watching the mighty boosh?'

He turned to the boy, 'Mon amis, all of us 'ere are mutants, we are used to such things, Have you not noticed my bright red eyes? No, mon amis, that is not the case, and anyway, i'm sure you'll be getting the girls soon enough with the blue helping you.'

*****************

'Anyway, Kurt,' Interrupted Xavier, as he came out of a side room and into the hall, 'As mutants we have all felt the bane of being judged like you have, and we have learned from it. I'm sure you'll find no-one here to be too judging.'

Arriving with the others, he gave a gentle smile, 'I am Professor Charles Xavier, a mutant like yourselves. Though we are not all here yet, I would like to quickly say, I can't wait to work with you all.'

He smiled and gazed around the room, 'Hello Ororo, I see you got here okay, as did you Ms. Frost.'

He turned to face the other member of their small group. He didn't recognise her, but soon knew enough about her, to find out.

'Ahh, and you must be the Jubilation Lee that Moira sent over, though, judging from your anger, it must have being a move you didn't want.'

'Anyway, Once again I welcome you, Our few other companions will be arriving soon no doubt.'

Emma Frost "White Queen"

I look at Kurt with a soft smile.

"I guess we're friends now. Consider yourself my new bestfriend, but no I don't read minds all the time. I'm not that mean."

"You said it." I broke out into another fit of laughter as I leaned back against my luggage. One hand on my luggage and the other in front of me.

“As for my abilities…” He said pausing.

I looked at him waiting for some kind of demonstration and instead he grabbed my arm. I flinched in surprise, but nearly screamed when everything around me seemed to disappear. I opened my eyes looking around to see that we were in the school. He could teleport.

"I see that..." I said chuckling slightly instead of him holding my forearm I had slipped my arm up and allowed him to hold my hand.

Everything was so beautiful around here though in the next coming events. I had to pay close attention otherwise I would have gotten lost. I smiled and nodded my head in a quaint bow.

"Well he didn't mention being taught in this place either. It's amazing, like home." I turned to smile at Kurt again.

"Well it's a pleasure to meet you both. Gambit and Beast." I paused. "Emma Frost formerly known as the White Queen, but I prefer Emma."

A nervous chuckled parted her lips as she mentioned her former identity. There was another girl, one quite beautiful. She introduced herself as ororo monroe. I felt the soft release of my hand as Kurt paced.

"I already explained that to you Kurt, unless you're a giant spider I'm not going to have a heart attack, plus blue's my second favorite color." I smiled, but nearly collapsed onto my luggage. I was so steady when I held Kurt's hand, but I didn't like the feel of teleporting. Eh, I'd get used to it.

I couldn't help but laugh at Gambit's comment. Perhaps he was right the blue might actually help him. I nodded another quaint bow.

"Hello Professor." I said sweetly.

At first I thought professor might have been talking to someone I didn't see, but when I turned I saw a clearly visible asian girl. She was pretty no doubt and seemed quite angry to be here. I would have introduced myself, but I didn't want to make her any angrier than she was. So instead I smiled.

"Exactly where will we be staying?" The tags on my bag made a little clicking noise as I played with them.

I’m still slightly fascinated at their understanding of my mutation. However finally gaining some confidence after those kind remarks, I take off the robe and let it fall to the ground. This allows everyone to see my feet, hands and tail. I smile widely.

BAMPF!

I appear next to Emma “don’t vorry, it happens ze first few times”

I nearly had a heart attack when he teleported next to me.

"Please don't do that." I said breathlessly. Then I chuckled. "I hate that you can actually do that. It only means I really should keep an eye out when I'm taking showers."

I look at him for a moment. Remembering a person I had seen before, she had caught my attention because she was smiling at me. One moment she was this normal woman working in the business firm the next moment she was blue. I shook it off. I ran my finger along his skin.

"What are all these markings?" I said quietly. I would have ran around the mansion trying to get dibs on a good room, but I decided that might have not been a good a idea.

Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler

“Oh, I wouldn’t spy you… I’ll vait until you invite me in”

I don’t shake at her fingers on my skin, learning to get used to her touch, and to enjoy it.

I speak more seriously, since that isn’t a matter to joke around for me “Zose are angelic symbols, zere is one fer every sin. vhen one has been considering one might be a demon for so long some extreme measures seem to be close at hand in order to remain true to one’s faith.”

I stared in wonder. It was somewhat painful to her to know that he felt so about what he was, but of course he was happy nevertheless.

"Oh..." I smiled. "Of course you're always invited. Well knock first just in case. Best friends remembered."

"You should get a room near mine. Or however this works, that way you won't have to umm Poof..I mean teleport so much." I stopped touching him in case it was uncomfortable. I pushed back my bangs again, but stepped closer to him and whispered into his ears.

"Let's go get dibs on our rooms." I said carefully taking my stuff and sneaking past the small group of people. The mansion was immense and I really couldn't believe my eyes.

Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler

“I’ll remember zat” I say with a smile

Remembering it scared her, I use all my will to suppress the urge to show her the noise my teleportation makes and I say “Bampf! Not poof, try saying it, its fun”

I tilt my head slightly, look around at the other two girls there “you are right ve should do zat, Xavier said zey would be even more mutants arriving, some may take a lot of space, and I didn’t come all ze way from Germany to end up hidden in an attic… I did zink I might have to run away through the rooftops though”

A soft giggled left my lips at both his comments. Then though I was trying not to scare him, I was sure I probably scared the shit out of him anway, I said it loudly through his mind.

*BAMPF!* I laughed again. You're right it is fun.

"Ick, I know right. Though I didn't come from germany and I don't run on rooftops." I sighed feeling off point. "Never mind let's just go find our rooms."

I took his hand and dragged him along with me and my luggage. It seemed as though the ground level bore no rooms, though I could have been wrong. We walked up the stairs and lo and behold a few hallways filled with them. There was one room in particular that I liked. It was down one hallway at the very end. It was a one bedroom room small, but to my liking. I threw my bags in and began unpacking.

"Meet me back here when you're finished setting up in your room kay?" I looked at him with another endearing smile before tucking my bangs behind my ear.

Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler

I BAMPF! Ahead scared by the mental scream, turn around and stick my tongue out at Emma. “Vat is ze fun part to say it or to scare me?” I say jokingly

“Vell I would tell you zat running through rooftops is fun, but after the last experiment I’m slightly afraid.”

Eventually I see Emma pick a room, I glanced around and tossed my backpack in a nearby empty room. A loud crush is heard as my things fall on the floor.

I teleport next to her door “Done”

Emma Frost "White Queen"

I screamed, but shut my mouth as I remembered it was just Kurt. I wasn't even half way done with unpacking, so instead of unpacking the rest of my clothes I just shoved that full luggage under my bed for easy access. I'd unpack later. I looked up and smiled at him.

"Hey..." I got up and sat on my bed patting the spot next to me.

"You're not the only one with sins you know." I wasn't sure why I was telling him, but I guess it was a good excuse for a confession. "Before I came here I was with the leader of the hellfire club. I was bad and this is my redemption."

My blue eyes scanned his figure. From head to toe I examined his structure. There was still that question of the shapeshifting woman.

"Do you know who you're parents are Kurt?" I asked hoping it wasn't too much of a touchy subject.
