It was said that the vampires were going to whip out the whole race of Lycans, having it so vampires are the master race, turning humans into slaves. But there was only one woman who didn't approve, her name was Hope, she was half vampire, she didn't have the fangs or the blood lust, she had the immortality, the beauty and swiftness of a vampire. She was considered a freak among her peers. However people fear her because of her power. Her power is very powerful, she only uses her powers when need be.

Her green eyes scanned the area, she was to meet the man her parents were having her marry, she didn't want to marry someone she didn't love. Her shoulder length raven hair blew in the shadows, the full moon over her head, she had to accept her fate and her new found soon to be husband, she knew very little about him, just that he was a Lycan the most powerful any way. Being a vampire she could understand the words of a Lycan, it was then she heard a howl and she moved towards it.

The howls grew closer, a rumbling through the underbrush now. A panting, dark in the night, and then through the thicket the glimmer of eyes, like poured gold. Predator eyes. Lycan eyes. They stare at her for a moment, and then slowly, the large creature stalks into the clearing. Its body is long, and covered in a thick coat of midnight black fur. Its niether a wolf, nor a man, having features of both. Its body hangs low to the ground, though it could stand if it chose. It's height in that case being somewhere near eight feet. It stalks closer to her, nostrils flaring, a slight snarl cast upon it's feral lips. The eyes stare into hers. Beyond her, and then it speaks, it's voice a hoarse rumble.

"So, you are the one called Hope. Such a small creature.......not even a pureblood. They tell me you are powerful though......hmfff. I don't see it. In any case, you may call me Fury. It is my pack name. My human name was abandoned long ago."

She saw this giant wolf in front of her, hearing his snarls she wasn't afraid tho, she was used to it. "Of course im small, vampires or even halflings are not as tall as a Lycan" She said simply. Her hands fell to her back "In time you will see what I can trully do" She was a bit nervous it was just meeting someone her future husband not the fact of what he was. That didn't frighten her at all.

He smiled at that, enjoying the spirit she displayed. Submissive...but only barely. He was an alpha male, to have a submissive mate would be a dishonor to him. To have a rebelious one....well the same thing realy. It was a question of balance. Stepping closer, he rose up on his hind legs, towering above her. Asserting his dominence.

"And why should I give you the chance? I don't think you could even face me in battle...even in my human form. What skills do you possess that a lycan wife could not give me?"

She looked up at him she did not cower "There is more to me then what meets the eyes, it is not wise to judge someone you have never seen, I can control everything around me" She said softly "We are the earths children and very few can harness her powers, but I can" She smirked "I only fight when I must..."

Fury nodded, and then smiled, showing off his gleaming fangs.

"Well make no mistake my dear. Here, you must. I demand that my mate be able to defend her self, and bear my children. You shall do both if you are to be mine."

She looked into his eyes seeing the yellow, she removed her jacket "If you want to see what I can do.....then ask" She brushed her fingers through her black hair, ready for anything if need be.

The lycan swept out a long arm, knocking her away like a rag doll with his huge animal strength.

"Death does not ask politely if we are ready Dampyre. Show me what you will."

She put her hand on her face anger filled her as a black power surrounded her as she stood up what she wore changed, in a dress with a black bow on the front and back, blue boots with black on them, a pendent around her neck. "Big Mistake" She closed her eyes as her hands crossed over her chest she raised her hands into the air as lighting hit her body, each hand over her head began to circle until the end With a gesture of her hands massive amounts of lighting goes right for him.

Fury has one short second to consider this strike before he is blown backwards, his body thrown with great force into a tree, splitting it in half as he crashed through it, and lands, smoldering on the ground. From his position he stares into space for a few seconds, absorbing what has happened, and then begins to laugh, chucklign deep within his massive throat as he rises to his feet, appearing none the worse for wear.

"Impressive. You will do."

She cracked her neck when she came down she was in her normal clothing running her fingers through her hair, to her that was nothing she was more then she looked thats what was perfect about her, she could attack and kill a village of people before they noticed a thing. She saw a small cut on his arm, nothing serious she placed her hand on the wound and when she lifted her hand away the wound was healed.

Fury touched the spot on his arm, running a large pawed hand over it, and then nodded his approval.

"Very nice. You heal nearly as well as our shaman. It shall be a useful attribute in the times to come."

Slowly, he rose to his feet, moving above her, although both now knew his size could not intimidate her. Delicately he took her hand, clasping it solemnly in his paw.

"I take you as my mate Hope of the Dampyre race. May the goddesses' light shine upon you every moon, and may your pups grow strong. There, it is done. I have taken you as mine."

He stared down at her, and then spoke, reverently.

"It is the custom of my people that I show you our lands now. So that you may know the land that is yours. Will you come with me, Hope?"

Who would have thought this would ever happen, a half vampire and a lycan together, there was something about him she liked tho, his eyes were kind even if his words were not all to nice. She listened to what he said about claiming her once it was done she saw him taking her hand, a smile on her back, Hope nodded "Yes Fury I will go with you"

"Excelent."

He moved low to the ground, and onto all fours, gesturing with his head for her to get on.

"You bipeds move so slowly," he stated with amusement.

"Much faster for you to ride me. I can stand the weight."

Her eyes watched him and she just smiled, getting on his back she held onto him tightly, not enough to pull his fur or choke him, she wouldn't lie, she enjoyed the feel of him against her. Looking up at the moon she felt him starting to move, which excited her she had never done something like this.

He loped low across the ground, his great body bounding with ease across the woods, rushing through the darkness with uncanny ease, his body moving fluidly beneath her, his muscles moving almost lanquidly. Together the pair transversed the high mountain, and then down into the valley, running across the moonlit pastures, and between dark tree lined forests. Through thicket, and swamps, and then finaly to a huge, and beautiful lake. Crystal blue, and glowing in the dark air, the moon shining it's blessing upon them as they took in the terrific site.

Fury padded to the shore, leaning toward to lap at the water, resting by the waters edge. In a few brief hours they had transversed miles of his home, and come here. His lake. The place where he rested beneath the moon, or when the need arose within a small log cabin at the shores edge.

"And this is our home my dear. All that you have seen, and far more. Yours, and mine."

Hope looked at everything he was showing her, it was such a beautiful place, she was happy to be away from everyone else, people who tried to control her. When they came to the pond she got off his back and sat down on her knees cupping her hand and getting as much water as she could, she looked at him a very gentle look was given.

He laid at rest beside her, calmly considering th waters, seemingly in deep thought. He cast an occaisional glance up at her, as if considering. At last he spoke, exhaling a huff of air as he did so.

"This will not work. Not at all."

She had a questioned look upon her face "What wont work?" She rested her hands in her lap looking up into the full moon, she didn't know w hat she did wrong, was it because she didn't fear him? She knew he would tell her one way or the other so she waited.

He snarled slightly.

"The vows require that I take you as a mate. as a Lycan mate. You are far too small and fragile for such a thing. I would rend you in two."

She looked at him unsure of why he would say that "How are you going to know that? You don't know that for a fact Fury" She said lifting her head up, she believed that she could do it if he gave her a chance to but he was so set on her being like him then he would never be happy.

He raised an eyebrow, impressed by her enthuism, and feeling himself start to respond to it, his lycan cock growing hard at the challenge. He rose to his feet, letting her see for the first time the considerable manhood his Lycan body held. He stared down at her, his voice a low growl as he spoke.

"Very well....but I will not take it easy on you just because you are so small. Take off your clothes."

Her heart was beating pretty fast, she slowly stood up looking down for a moment gathering her thoughts, she unzipped the back of her dress and stepped out of it, taking everything off, very soon her beautiful body seen right in view totally naked, she felt herself blushing, no one had ever seen her body without clothing.

Fury considered her body in a manner not unlike how I wolf might survey it's prey. His gaze carful, and appraising. He stepped closer, his nostrils flaring as he took in her scent, one clawed hand reaching out to cup a perfect breast, toying with it. He was unused to how to deal with human form females..........they seemed so fragile.

She felt his warm breath on her skin when he took a breast in one of his hands she felt herself letting out a soft moan. So many things she had seen, so little time, but with Fury now she didn't know what was going to do. She stood there, weak in front of him, her body had some muscle on it nothing major but enough to show she wouldn't break under weight. She slowly looked into his eyes.
