Job Title: Chancellor of the Pangalactic Exploration and Access Council (PEACe).
History: Vera was born upon the PEACe flagship of her parent's generation, the Starspeed. Her mother (Tersa Cloudrunner) and father (Rik Olen) were council members, each representing their own planets (Mika and Lovarne). Bot Mika and Lovarne are Earth-like planets with humanoid, carbon based life forms almost indistinguishable from the humans of Earth. Despite minor skin, hair and eye colour differences, as well as subtle bone structure variation, Vera most closely represents human. Her parents had more distinctive markers of their species, but they balanced out in their daughter. Being raised in the political storm of PEACe Vera easily picked up the knowledge and skills that would someday lead to her ascending to the position of Chancellor after her father's short reign and demise.
At times Vera needs to go on private missions in order to ensure and enhance her position and that of PEACe. When she does so she calls on Avery Watersmith to take place under disguise.

History: Avery was created using secret technology from the genetic building blocks of Tersa Cloudrunner and Rik Olen. Her growth and development were fastracked to the age of fifteen. Her true life began when she was trained and placed into the CSO corps. She uses her position to provide Chancellor Starborn with inside information on the CSO corps. In addition, she and Starborn will undergo physical alterations in order to swap positions when Vera needs to conduct business away from the Council. While disguised as Vera, Avery pretends to be the chancellor and reports back to Vera to keep her up to speed on the council dealing.
