I've heard from secondhand sources who quote Lucasfilm and theforce.net that NSYNC will play bit parts in Attack of the Clones. They will play Jedis... and they will all Die.

I was horrified. However, I can understand it. I mean, nobody payed to see Lance Bass in his own movie alive, they might pay to see him die.

Oh god, I just heard it on Conan. It must be true!

lol I'm sure that will be a more entertaining show than whatever ends up on the screen.

I still get mean looks from a friend who was pissed that I fell asleep during the final scenes of Phantom Menace. Hey, it was a long movie and I get tired in the middle of the afternoon!

I didn't see SNL, but I have heard an unconfirmed rumor that N'Sync's footage won't make it to the final edit. Did I miss an update?

I've sat through the trailer twice and it looks to be focussed on the courtship and relationship between Luke's future parents. But you'd think the genius of George Lucas could have found a more apt title than "Star Wars - Attack of the Clones".

I didn't originally hear that they were supposed to be killed.

Calm down. First of all, they are in the movie.
This is not a rumor. But, most importantly, They will not be Jedi. Here is what the situation is.
Lucas' daughter wanted to meet those dorks, because she has her panties in a wad about them, so she begged her dad to let them be extras in the film. The conditions are that they are playing unrecognizable aliens and you will not be able to recognize them in the movie.

I heard a rumor that of the 6 films, one might be as good as Empire, I doubt it though, its been downhill since that one. Lucas should not be allowed to direct another film, ever.
