Now I know this is a childish thing to celebrate, but The night of the fifth, TONIGHT...is ST. Nick's ....I remember as a wee kid sneaking out of my bed at three a.m. and looking at my stocking...peeking at one thing before I could pry myself away and get to sleep...
any traditions you uphold? like my midnight expedition?

at nineteen (which now that i think of it it wasn't all that long ago that i had a stocking put up in my parent's house...) i still do this tradition. though my gifts are a bit...um....less ........innocent...my roommate last year gave me edible underwear... :) sad thing, still not put to use.... strawberry....sad waste...regardless just wondering what you all do for st. nicks....

Hey wait a minute that is edible underwear abuse......do something quick!!!

In all seriousness, I do keep a couple of things around that are traditions from year to year. We open one present the day before Christmas Eve and then we have the "gift" that keeps getting passed around year after year that no one wants.........
