Ours is homemade. It's about 4 feet long. It attaches to the headboard of our bed. Her feet are attached to the ends and her hands near the middle, all overhead. No pictures unfortunately.

I ordered one online. It is adjustable in length which makes it practical for wrist and ankle use. I wish the cuffs were bigger so I could fasten it at calf level, it other than that it’s pretty good.

Do dungeons like this really exist? If so, how do you find them?

They do indeed. Two years ago, somebody in Pennsylvania put up for sale their house, openly mentioning a BDSM dungeon. There was an MLS listing and everything. The photos (room and equipment only) were impressive but it raised a firestorm of local angst and the place was taken off the market. You can find references online to the event but the photos seem to have vanished.

How? Using empty space, ingenuity and lots of money.
