Given that Politics, in one form or another, has raised a lot of threads (as opposed to the single one which was suggested), I commend to the writers a thread for assorted sports (real ones, as practised round the world; no 'college' games).
Since this afternoon sees the penultimate Formula 1 Race of the season, from Interlagos, Brazil. I thought we could start with that. Comment an any analysis should be written in good style (where possible).
Interlagos is an interesting and challenging circuit, providing good chances for over-taking and some high speeds (ovals? phooey!). At the time of writing, Sunday morning, there are five drivers who could possibly win the Drivers Championship and there's only one more race to go before the season ends.
