For all of those who have asked me, now, thanks to a TV card, I can give you play by play of how to do it.

Step one, Get on your keens and then push your legs around, but don't do this on camera so I can get a clear shot. God no.

Get down on your side and getready to push off wiht your bottom leg. Open your mouth to catch and flies.

Stick yo ass in the air and stand on your neck! Keep that motion going, you're nearly there!

Spread your legs and make at least a full circle this way! Feel free to yell!

Land on your knees (Usually a kneeling position). Hey! You've done it! Take a moment to revel in your accomplishment! Make a note to add this to your resume before the guy in Camo hits you.

Fin.

next to the worm the spinnaroni is the most worthless wrestling move on earth

It's called showboating, flaunting, taunting. It adds a flair of presentationalism and showmanship to your performance.

Nothing Beats the pedigree. It is that dam god.

Riggggghhhttt.

So all this time it's been break dancing?

LOL

sd, thank you for the demonstration. Very revealing about the whole spinnyrooney thingy. :) Oh, dude. I'd pay money to see Andy Rooney do that.

Finish up, show the finish... otherwise it's kinda compromising... it could be a Tiger Bomb.

ROFLMAO

Great work SD!! That was classic!

A few of us here in town always get together every few weeks to just play the shit outta Smackdown 3 (and will be that game until I pick up WMX8 for Gamecube) .. We each have our own wrestlers that we have all no doubt spent hours on..

One of my wrestler's taunt was the spinnaroonie... But everyone else objected saying I couldn't take Booker's taunt.

I proved to them on Sunday that "Booker's taunt" was in fact something I could do... So I kept it.

BTW.. While I love lions and all.. Wrestling fans who know I am a Jericho mark have an idea of just how I got this nickname... :)

Exactly, the better of Jericho's submissions. (Still doesn't match the Crippler Crossface or the Figure 4)

Best Submission Move ever: Sting's Scorpion Deathlock
Runner ups: Shamrock's ankle lock and the Mandible Claw

The figure four was once a pulverizing wrestling move then it became commonplace and all chumps could do it. Sting's Scorpion Deathlock put out more guys than bitchy landlords.

Also, while guys like Ric Flair lasted more than 30 seconds in the deathlock, guys like sting actually won matches by reversing the figure four. The same can't be said of the deathlock.

Best Finisher ever: Yokozuna's Butt Splash
Runner Ups: Undertaker's Tombstone Pile Driver and the Brainbuster

Coolest Finishers EVER:

The Rocker's double Fist drop from the top
The Dudley Drop
The Pedigree
Yokozuna's butt splash
Gangrel's plant DDT

Worst Finisher's Ever:

Hogan's leg drop
Flyin Brian's body press
Dusty Rhodes elbow
Mark Kallous' heart punch

Have you ever been put in the figure four? IT FUCKING HURTS! It's the only move I've ever tapped to.

My favorite submissions are the crippler crossface, cross-armed surfboard, fujiuara armbar.

Wrestling moves

How about a Pile Driver by Harley Race or Jerry *The King* Lawler.

Maybe a Spinning Toe hold from Dory or Terry Funk.

Harley Race's pildriver was good...but not as cool as the brain buster by Arn Anderson and that Blanchard guy...

I just noticed you're from VA...me too...hola...Richmond representative...

I always thought the PEOPLES ELBOW ranked right up there with the the WORM as a silly move.

I've always been partial to the power bomb myself.

619 by Rey Mysterio is the best new move I've seen in awhile.
