I'm looking for at least one female writer to play Gwen Stacy/Spider-Woman/Ghost-Spider/What-Ever. I will play Eddie Brock/Venom, and they will start out fighting each other with him as a villain, but gradually he turns into an antihero and joins forces with Gwen. This eventually blossoms into a fiercely sexual relationship.
I'm thinking Gwen is a high school senior at Midtown School of Science and Technology, just recently turned eighteen. Perhaps she was bitten by a genetically altered spider on a school field trip the previous school year, and at the start of the RP she's had her powers for about six months. She just started school a few weeks ago, and it's now late September. She spent most of the summer webslinging around the city as Spider-Woman or whatever name you want for her, but the last few days something has changed.
A few nights back, she thwarted a burglary at a Roxxon lab in Brooklyn, but in the ensuing fight, a glass jar of black slime fell onto the floor and shattered. The substance sprang to life and jumped onto her, slipping under her suit and vanishing into her body through her skin pores. It immediately gave her powers an enormous boost, while also intensifying her darker thoughts and feelings.
She has now had this Symbiote within her for five days, using it to give the beat down to criminals even harder than before. However, during a fight on this particular night, she got so into the battle that she went berserk for a moment and shattered a man's rib cage. She felt a rush of joy from the violence, from the man's strangled cries, and then the Symbiote fed off that energy, bleeding out from her pores to form a black suit over her body.
A moment later, Gwen came to her senses and realized what the Symbiote was doing to her. She called an ambulance for the man with the broken ribs and rushed off into the night, using the sonic vibrations from a church bell to peel the Symbiote from her body. Finally free of it's influence, she rushed home and took a shower. She contemplated the last five days and what she had done, and decided to go back and destroy the entity before someone else got it. But it was too late -- it was gone.
Unbeknownst to her at the time, the Symbiote had oozed into the sewers below the city, up through the plumbing of a nearby apartment building where Eddie Brock lived. He had recently destroyed his career as an investigative journalist by pushing too hard in his attempt to get dirt on Wilson Fisk, leading to the Daily Bugle firing him and other newspapers blacklisting him. Broken and defeated, he laid heavily intoxicated on his bathroom floor dying from self-inflicted slashes on his wrists as the Symbiote oozed up through his sink drain. It could taste the intense pain and desperation Eddie was feeling, moving across the floor to absorb into his open wounds.
A few minutes later, he jumped up, completely healed and sober. The Symbiote shared with him some of the memories and powers of it's previous host, Gwen. The two minds fought for control, but came to an agreement -- Eddie would help the Symbiote destroy Gwen as punishment for abandoning it and the Symbiote would help Eddie take down Fisk and make J. Jonah Jameson pay for destroying his career.
So, Eddie is Gwen's villain at first, but his thoughts begin to influence the Symbiote's, until the two minds fuse into a singular entity. That's when Venom officially ends his period as a villain and becomes a hero. Eddie's desire to stop crime and corruption eventually overpowers the Symbiote's need for revenge against Gwen.
I am also open to this being a group thread, other heroes to join Gwen and villains to join Venom until their two teams eventually form one against a greater threat.
