In my dreams - yes. But they were nurses so I suspect professional and see bigger better dicks everyday. I was laid up with injured arms so she had to help me pee in a bottle which, normally, she can just slide into place but, being so small, she had to pick me up with finger and thumb and guide it in then have me close my thighs to hold it in place. When I heard the comment, I was surprised at how hard I got and couldn't pee. It was made worse that she kept popping back to see if I'd finished and several times I'd only got soft enough to release when she walked in and I got hard again.
