I see several possibilities:

Never been speed dating. Back in my day, we did it the slow, old fashion way.

What I picture though is a club. Membership requires three friends to vouch for you. Janet just broke up with her boyfriend and is really bummed out. Her friends get together and give her a necklace and the address of the club. I'm guessing they would have to tell her it's a speed sex club.

When Janet goes to the club, she has to show the necklace. (Kinda like a membership card) She is led to a room where a number of women are in various stages of undress. After getting undressed, a hostess shows them the main area where there are a number of booths. The booths have one large bench seat and a table. The hostess takes drink orders and delivers them. Then the men come out.

They sit and drink/talk a bit. This is too new for Janet to start right away. After 20 minutes, the hosts and hostesses have direct everybody through changing partners so that nobody will have the same mate twice.

After the third guy, Janet starts necking a little. The fourth guy and her are into heavy petting. The fifth guy gets a blow job, etc...

Could also do this in total darkness. The host or hostess simply announces that "she is number 4, he is number 7". At the end, the lights are turned on. Janet really liked number three. When she finds him with the lights on, she finds out its her ex-boyfriend. Or, her brother if you want to make the story incestual.

It takes real guts for Janet to this. Breakups can be rough. She is feeling the break up is because her X found her less desirable.

I wouldn't have it pitch black, but maybe a colored light pointing at an angle to floor. Janet starts off slow, but heats up to take all comers.

Sitting with her brother listening to him brag about the wild night he and his dad had, she finds out that both her dad and her brother were at the same club she was at, and she knew that she had screwed every guy that took a turn with her. Then the brother talks about one of the girls that was the very best of all. It was her that he was talking about. The brother carried on about how the other men were also talking about her greatness.

Janet has very mixed emotions. It was clear that she unknowing had sex with her brother and father. She loved the praise, but felt very guilty because her brother was unknowingly giving her the praise. She knew that her brother and father would be shaken should they find out that it was her that he was talking about.

The more she thought about it the more exciting and dangerous the whole thing was to her. She goes back to the club. Each guy that came to her booth/room/bench (whatever), she tried to figure out if it was her brother or father. When she figured out that she was with her brother, it made it even more dirty and exciting for her. She made sure that her brother didn't know that it was her. It was even more taboo for Janet when she found herself with her father.

After she would listen to her brother, and find out when he was going back to the club. The brother and father don't find out that they have been having sex with her. It's her hidden secret.

That would actually be kind of cool in a story. Bro and sis do have a sexual relationship already for whatever reason. Mom and daughter have similar body types. (Perhaps both petite? I've seen in many petite older women *no* (sagging) signs of age on their bodies.) So, bro sees the very identifiable designer jeans his sis loves dearly from behind.
