Spectral Casting Call Seeking one woman

Story:The Spectral Realm, is a place of spirits, souls of the dead and spirits of the fallen. It is a twisted distorted replica of Earth but a replica none the less, for everyone mountain, house and lake on earth their is it's own distorted twin in the spectral realm.

It exsists so closely to our own reality that sometimes we can even see into it, and catch glimpses of the spirits on the other side. There are those however who can cross into the Spectral Realm, and move as they would through it. These Humans are called: Sheperds. They play guardian to the twin world's and must defend the borders of each from people and spirits who would cross over from one to the other.

Some Sheperds are benign, others malvolent, and some walk the fine edge of neutrality, but they all share a common goal, keeping spirits off earth, and keeping Humans out of the spectral realm. So live rigorously by a strict code of conduct living double lives as Humans and sheperds, while others frolic and play ignoring their duty and do as they will.

However, in the massive metropolis that is Bale Glade city, their is a cult of young men and women who intend to destroy the fragile barrier that keeps the worlds seperate. And they must be stopped. They are led by a woman called "The Seer" and are both cunning and ruthless in their plot as they hunt down sheperds on Earth one by one and spirits supporting their cause chase them down in the spectral realm.

Concepts:

1. In the spectral realm, a sheperd appears as a TRUE reflection of their soul, if the soul is hideous, they may appear as a horned and evil demon, if the soul is pure an angelic winged warrior. ETC.

2. Moving through the distorted Spectral Realm moves a person in the real world too, though their body in not visible to people on Earth.

3. Only Sheperds and some cultists can Cross from one world to another and they do so by means of a Chaos Crystal which allows them to tap into the natural energies that seperate the worlds and use it to empower themselves.

Name: Helena Towers

Age: 22

Height: 5'6"

Weight: 130 lbs

Job: Part-time college student, works as a bartender by night

Personality: Intelligent, with a strong sense of humor. Some street smarts, but still has a quality of innocence. Gives people the benefit of the doubt, often getting her emotions hurt in the process.

Personal Appearance: Porcelain skin which burns far too easily, pale blue eyes, wavy auburn hair that hangs to her waist. Slim yet curvy, physically fit.
Always wears a crystal pendant left to her by her mother.

Personal History: Raised by her grandparents in Kentucky after her parents deaths, she moves to San Francisco to go to college in an effort to assert her independence. Deciding she wishes more life experience she soon drops down to part time student while she works and lives in the city. Has been bartending at a popular nightclub for about 8 months. Took a self defense class after a girl she works with was attacked on her way home at 3 in the morning. Lately has been nervous as the crime rate as increased, with murders making the papers every day. Her grandmother has called her numerous times lately, but won't say what's bothering her. Just asks if Helena is still wearing her necklace.
