South Africa
Food - Braai its a BBQ but over a wood fire, not gas, so the food is smoked
Drink - Amarula cream, its a cream liquour, very fruity, then theres the beer, and wine

Food ~ Fish and chips... normally Haddock but often Cod or Plaice, deep fried in a batter served with fried chips, not french fries, the proper name is chips!

Drink ~ Cider... usually made from apples but can also be made from pears and other fruits too, the oldest style being known as Scrumpy, this is cloudy against clear and is known to make grown men fall over....
