The special needs academy is a post-secondary educational institution which offers adults with special needs/learning disabilities some very special programs.

These things include the following.

*Finger painting
*Coloring books
*Paste-eating competitions
*Potty training for "extra-special" adults

A great place to learn a trade on how to color inside the lines.
 
The bulk of special education students have an IQ between 60-80.

The cutoff for mental retardation is defined by an IQ below 70.

Obviously someone with an IQ between 60-80 is NOT going to earn any kind of college degree.

Their potential in terms of work and education is extremely limited.
