Special K Red Berries

Okay... so I was up most of the night with stomach issues....

...was it the A&W?

...was it the chicken on my pizza?

I dunno.

But I am starting to feel better and I am DAMN hungry. lol

And I wanted to share with all of you lovely people the wonders of a cereal I took a chance on....

Special K Red Berries.

ok, so the name ticks me off b/c there's only one kind of "berry" in the silly cereal...but I like it all the same

It's like... Special K... but with slices of strawberry in it! Yummy! They're freeze-dried looking until you pour the milk on 'em.. then they're (almost) like regular strawberries!

Yummy! lol

...gee I hope this milk is still good...

them Freeze-dried strawberries in any cereal are lovely.

Last one i had was.. ummm... Country Crisp i think... damn nice. Very expense though, as far as cereal goes.

I LIVE on Special K red berry! It is my fave cereal... you just have to let it sit for a minute to get the right texture of the berries.... now Im craving a bowl!

Todd, honey...if the withdrawl symptom of not talking to you is running to the bathroom several times in the night... mebbe I should go ahead and check myself into detox until this is over. LOL

Because there are only so many "cheap nights" in a week.

i seen that special k around but never tried it, i heard it helps you lose weight if you follow some rules i might have to try that soon.

heh.. Their "rules" for weight loss?

You'll lose "up to 10 lbs in 2 weeks"...if you eat Special K or one of it's relatives for two meals a day!

1) I need more than 2 cups of carbs to get me moving during the day!

2) That sounds like a ploy to get me to buy more cereal!!

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who thought that. I was wondering if anyone else had ever heard of ketamine. I mean, I've never attempted to rid myself of the few brain cells I was born with that way, but it is what came to mind immediately on reading the thread title.

I was in the store this afternoon and saw this cereal. I bought a box based on your recommendation.

By the way, it was $2.99 for 12 oz. the same price as plain Special K.

I've had it. It's great stuff. It's easier to eat it in milk than dry though because of the texture of the berries.
