Special Counsel will indict Hunter Biden this month: report

How does a special counsel indict a private citizen?

How does a special counsel indict a private citizen?
Does that mean we won't get the $100 and 6 months probation? But it will still cost millions? Wow...

I would have hoped they had the "laptop" or "hard drive"

""The Speedy Trial Act requires that the Government obtain the return of an indictment by a grand jury by Friday, September 29, 2023, at the earliest. The Government intends to seek the return of an indictment in this case before that date," the filing states."

That sorta kinda say there may be or may not be.

But there was an appeals court ruling not too long ago that might relate to this.

BabyBoobs inadvertently admits to the ridiculously cynical hypocrisy of the RWCJ "members".

Maybe the NRA will file an amicus brief on the lad’s behalf. 😂
Ummmmm.
They maybe probably should.
I mean, if they can haul Hunter in on gun charges (me using trumpian classified documents logic)
Can't they do this to any other gun loving citizen???

What you SHOULD ask the NRA to do is simply issue a statement on its stance on Philando Castile's or Kenneth Walker's right to legally own a gun.

Thank goodness for Judge Noreika calling bs on the DOJ’s shameful effort to give Hunter that sweetheart deal. Also to House investigators for putting the spotlight on Weiss and Garland. As Catherine Herridge of CBS News reported earlier today, the judge noted that false statements by people with addiction problems usually result in felony charges.

The law behind his type of case was struck down in August by an Appeals court.

I don't see how this can go anywhere.

Hey you got one right.

Efit: but it isn't about the "gun". It is about getting Joe Biden's financials

Republicans will now campaign for better laws to ensure that indicted criminals like this will never be allowed to own guns again, nor stand for any political office.

Won't they?
