Because asking for people infected with AIDS is just stupid. How do you guarantee it? You ask some good questions, you can request blood work, if you're truly interested (I have in the past) and you trust your instinct.

but you can't see if someone has a disease just by looking at them, there's diseases out there that have no symptoms but can leave you infertile
 
I'm already infertile...so that's not something I have to worry about, however, I understand what you're talking about. I work the the healthcare field, and trust my instincts on this...hence why I do "interviews" beforehand. If I wanted to live dangerously, I could go into downtown Reading the night of the party and just pickup random guys. This way I get to know them a bit beforehand, and decide if I want them to join us or not.
