Sadly, though, his outline doesn't address the "trillions and trillions" the DoD admits it can't account for over the last decade, and neither all the $$$ they're still wasting unaccountably. Before anything else, that horrendous fact must be addressed before this country can efficiently move forward militarily.

Flynn & Trump better get together on that and fix it or neither of them will be involved in how America's military goes forward in 2021.
