speaking of S&M

in the case of the one girl, it seemed a perfectly consensual relationship, and fine in my book. i mark this down as people not understanding the lifestyle and therefore persecuting and prosecuting.

it i the other girl's story i see an issue with. it seemed non consensual and to me screams abuse.

It's a he said she said. The relationship became abusive in an interestingly concidental manner with him refusing to take down her photos. If he swallowed his ego just a tad and took 'em down when his ex gf asked I bet you dollars to donuts this whole thing would not have blown up in his face.

I'm with Netzach... At that point she had withdrawn consent. Unless he had a professional photographer's contract with the gal as a model, and held the commercial rights to the photos, once she asked that they be removed from the site, they should have come down.

I don't think they are Litsters, but who knows?

i agree with netz and Geoff. i'm gonna take a stab and say i'm betting it was consensual, she (or he) then broke off the relationship, she wanted the pictures taken off the website, he wouldn't take them down, so she then took it to the FBI knowing he'd be charged. of course this is all opinion, but that's what i got from reading the article. and i agree if he had just taken them down when he was asked to, this all would not be happening *shrugs*

I doubt it. I see three people mentioned in that article. It's kind of like your friend saying "hey, I'm going to New York next week" and you saying "oh look up my cousin Ed while you're there, he's a great guy!"

"Glenn Marcus made his own rules," she said. "He thought he was God."

Okay... that just made me laugh my ass off.

What Dom doesn't make his own rules??? LMAO

I could waste a lot of energy saying what everyone jsut said, but I won't. I agree with them.

Under the Bush administration, at least 52 people or businesses have been convicted of violating federal obscenity statutes, and more than a dozen indictments are pending, federal officials said.

Oh Bush, Protect us from our wicked selves.

In recent years, federal authorities have stepped up prosecutions of purveyors of hardcore adult pornography to "protect citizens from unwanted exposure to obscene material," Attorney General Alberto Gonzales has said.

translation: Someone somewhere is doing something sexual and we don't like it.

Frankly, it is bullshit that the government which has been instrumental in the deaths of a hundred thousand Iraqis, and God knows how many other people feel this need to protect us from sexuality. It is hypocrisy in its purest form.

The Bush Campaign exploited hate of homosexuals to the max to get reelected, but his VP has a daughter who is a gay rights activist. More hypocrisy.

I would like to know how many man hours were wasted by the DoJ to bring down those purveyors of Adult Entertainment that could have been better spent solving REAL CRIMES.
