I am looking for one female writer, or many writers of all types. This is a semiopen RP. I wish to create an RP that centers around the title. We are pirates. In space. I suppose you could choose to be a Dog of the Man, or a bar owner, but mostly it centers around space pirates, what they do, how they interact, etc. Please, do not godmode. This is about pirates. There should be fighting. Never control another person’s character without their –explicit- consent. No called hits. No characters big and slow suddenly gaining super speed, but… This is space. Who knows what dimensional realities we will encounter? You can kind of go wild on what/who your background is. I intend this to be a scifi/space fantasy sort of RP. Just set your limits and stay within them. Multipara is preferred. At least a paragraph minimum is a general guideline. If you’re interested, post your character sheet, and maybe at least part of an opening post. If I think it’ll gel, I’ll tell you to post in the IC thread. I plan to put my own character's intro into the IC shortly, but here is roughly what I'm looking for here. Though, feel free to post your entire intro and/or ideas if you would like to.

Blue is known to the galaxy by his trademark dark blue skin, mohawk, and the neon blue kris tattooed into his left forearm that looks exactly like the ancient blued steel weapons sheathed at his back, as well as being one of the most ruthless, cunning, and profitable swashbucklers of the New Age. His personal ship is of medium size, relatively heavy fire power, and high speed, as well as warp capability. He generally goes for high quality, small volume cargo, but he may or may not have a small armada, because he isn’t just a pirate. He’s a bonafide privateering buccaneer, with a rank and everything, for a few of the different galactic entities now known to the Human race.

The slender Lunari is a reknowned freelance bounty hunter. Her eyes are pale silver bordered in a ring of gold and black. Despite her slight appearance she was deadly as all hell. She wore a jet black body suit that was cut to expose her midriff and the majority of her outter and inner thighs. In these places complex markings made trails up and over her tan skin. She carried two blasters strapped to her hip as well as an assortment of other weaoponry. She has long black white hair.

Jack was born on the high gravity world of Dirt, in the Shit system. It wasn't as nice as it sounded. Like most everyone on the planet he was a miner in a share-mining system that cost the miners all they pulled out of dirt just to stay alive. This was going on for generations. His great-grandparents had undergone genetic modifications to survive on the high gravity world. The modifications passed along.

Jack signed up with the military to get off Dirt and he never looked back. So what if he was signing up for a war, dying young was better than dying a little each day in the mines.

But Jack didn't die. He was tough, a quick learner and paid attention in boot. He survived the war, but the army he soldiered for didn't. After that he only knew mining and fighting, and he liked fighting so he joined another army in another little flare-up war. Got through that one too. Over the next five years Jack fought in seven wars, on the ground, in the air, in space. It was safe to say he was a professional mercenary by the time he joined up with the pirate crew.

Jack was hired as a ship's gunner, and he's deadly accurate with a cannon. But he shown as part of the boarding party, a bullpup rifle in one hand and a fifty pound sledge in the other. Forget the swords, a glancing blow with that sledge would knock most people over. A full on hit and you won't get back up.

Jack is six foot, with a runner's build belaying his great strength. He has black hair and blue eyes.

Jules was born and raised in the void of space. She is right at home floating in zero G, so much so she finds it hard to adjust being planet side for any length of time. She upbeat to the point of annoyance, like to believe that people are generally good and gives them the benefit of the doubt. Jules isn't afraid of speaking her mind and tends to wear her heart on her sleeve. Her interest were particularly narrow, usually including ships and engines, anything mechanical, food and of course sex.

She's a genius when it comes to anything with an engine. Given time she can scrap together enough parts to get any clunker moving again. Her aptitude and skills are highly sought after, especially for those that needed to keep moving and didn't have the means to procure through reputable means.
